Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes:

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days

• Other locations: 4–7 business days

• Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier service, location, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹199.

For orders below ₹199, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking details via email or WhatsApp/SMS, where available.

You can use the tracking information to check the status of your delivery.

Incorrect Address
